We currently do not offer free shipping. Shipping cost is calculated based on the total weight of your order and will be displayed at checkout.
We currently ship to the United States and Singapore. If you are located in another region and would like to place an order, please contact us and we will do our best to arrange shipping. All orders are shipped from our warehouse in China with an estimated delivery time of 7–14 business days.

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at info_gloarik@126.com so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also log in to your account and view the latest tracking status under “Orders”.
If the order has not yet been shipped, please contact our support team as soon as possible and we will try to update the address. Once shipped, the address cannot be changed.
